Delivery & Tracking

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email confirmation of your new account. You can then log into the 'order tracking' section in the site to check the status of your order - i.e. if it has been process and dispatched etc. To log in simply enter your email address and the password provided and then you will be able to log in to the order tracking section of the site.

If you have any questions regarding your order, please use the form on the order tracking and we will contact you back very shortly.

Overseas orders are usually sent by Royal Mail to keep the cost of delivery down.

How Much Does It Cost:

Delivery is now FREE on all orders to UK mainland addresses (excluding Northern Ireland, Channel Islands & Eire) and are usually delivered in 1-3 working days. (over 90% of our orders are delivered next day when ordered before 3pm). All orders will enjoy free shipping with our compliments (excluding Northern Ireland, Channel Islands & Eire). Some products might incur an additional delivery charge, but of course you will be notified before processing your order, after we obtained the quote.

We can arrange for overseas deliveries, however, we will require prior agreement. A delivery charge will then be agreed before the order is processed.


How Long Does It Take:

Items ordered before 3.00 pm on any business day (Monday - Friday) excluding Bank Holidays should be delivered within 3 working days (excluding Saturday), anytime up to 5.30pm. (assuming that the item is in stock). Every effort is made by Ligo & the delivery agents to achieve this for our customers althought the standard free does not guarantee this.

Orders taken on Friday (after 3.00pm), Saturday or Sunday will normally be dispatched on Monday (excluding Bank Holidays). Orders taken on Friday before 3.00 pm will normally be dispatched on Friday.

liGo relies upon the services of couriers. Although we make every effort to keep to our word there are unfortunately a few occasions when the couriers fail to perform the service that they are required to. This happens very rarely. We cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of an item. For the avoidance of doubt, Ligo Electronics will not refund the standard delivery charge if the courier has failed to deliver the item(s) on the expected delivery date.


Who do we use?

Orders addressed within the UK mainland are sent by Yodel, Hermes or Royal Mail. You must arrange for someone at your address to be in and sign for the parcel on the expected delivery date. Where a parcel cannot be delivered, (e.g. no-one at home), you will left a card and you should call to arrange for delivery at another time (Yodel and Hermes will try to re-deliver the order up to 3 times). Royal Mail will only attempt two re-deliveries, thereafter you willl be required to collect your parcel from the collection depot within 5 days. If your parcel is not collected within 5 days it will be returned to Ligo Electronics. Your credit / debit card will be credited your original total cost less £14.99 which is the full cost of delivery to you, plus return delivery charges back to Ligo Electronics. What to do if there is a problem with the delivery

If the parcel does not arrive when you expect it then please email us on helpdesk@ligo.co.uk . We will contact ANC and call you back to let you know what's happening within a few hours.

If the goods are damaged upon receipt please e-mail: helpdesk@ligo.co.uk within 2 days of delivery.

If you have received an item which has been sent in error, please note that this must be sent back to us. Ligo Electronics will pay for the delivery of the goods back. If items are not received back within 5 working days, an invoice will be raised and a charge made to the customers account. The items must be in the same condition as dispatched.
